2nd time using this company. Wouldn't use anyone else. Technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. From booking to installation was spot on.

From the outset TrailerTrek were a pleasure to deal with. My initial text enquiry was followed up with a phone call where the options and prices for my KIA car were explained. I was reassured that a manufacture-specific wiring kit and product specific towbar would ensure that my 7-year warranty was unaffected. When I called to book, a suitable date was agreed and I was then given a two hour arrival time when I called a couple of days before the fitting. The engineer arrived within that window and was very pleasant, taking care to explain what he was going to do and how long it would take. Finally, I'm delighted with the result. Great service all-round!
