I had a detachable swan neck tow bar fitted to my Audi Q7 yesterday by Trailer Trek, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Grant and Sunni were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time in a smart, well-equipped van and got straight to work. It was immediately clear they knew exactly what they were doing—professional, knowledgeable, and highly experienced. I learned that Grant has been doing this for 16 years, and it really showed in the quality of the installation. The job itself was carried out to a very high standard, cleanly and efficiently. Once everything was fitted, they took the time to walk me through how to use the detachable tow bar, how to attach and remove it properly, and how the 13-pin electrics work. They also ran full tests to make sure everything was working perfectly. The guys in the office (Mitch and Abby) were also fantastic and explained everything clearly with great communication before I made my decision to use them. There was absolutely no sales pressure either…very surprising but very welcome. A genuinely excellent service from start to finish. What can I say? Great service, great communication, great value, great timing and a very experienced fitter (Alex) willing to answer any questions and provide information! Ordered a Tow Bar for my Bailey Approach Autograph and after confirming the exact model paid my 50% deposit and got my fitting date. The 2 fitting lads turned up promptly at 8.30 am on Monday 20th April and proceeded to carry out the installation. 2 - 3 hours later the job was complete and I was shown on their test panel that all the relevant lights were working correctly. I was then asked if I was happy with everything to pay the remaining 50% balance (which I did) then received a paid in full invoice via email. The 2 lads that did the work were smart, polite and clearly very knowledgeable and very good at their job. My Motorhome was left perfectly as they had found it with all carpets etc replaced as they found them. Would not hesitate to highly recommend - 10/10

Highly recommend TrailerTrek Towbars! I called them on Monday last week needing a towbar fitted before heading away on Friday afternoon, and they managed to squeeze me in on Friday morning at very short notice — which I really appreciated. I did have to go to their workshop instead of using a mobile service, but that wasn’t a problem at all. I stayed over in Coventry while the work was being done, and when my dog and I got back from a walk, they kindly offered us both a drink. I used TrailerTrek Tow Bars for my Audi EV as they had a number of positive reviews and experience of EVs My experience was similarly positive, hassle free booking, punctual and pleasant fitters and my detachable swan bar was done within a couple of hours. You cant even tell the car has a tow bar from behind when it's not attached Highly recommend.
