Trailertrek Towbars recommend that you get your caravan or motorhome regularly inspected as it is as important as your cars MOT. We want you to be safe whilst towing or holidaying.
Your caravan or motorhome deserves the treatment as your car and to that extent you should consider getting an annual habitation check on your leisure vehicle as it is your legal duty to keep it legal and road worthy.
A motorhome require 2 services for the base of the vehicle and the habitation of it.
You have two options of servicing a mobile mechanic or a work shop. A mobile mechanic will require space to work and at least 1 metre around the vehicle to perform all the checks necessary for safety.
We recommend that you get it serviced by an approved workshop or approved engineer. Our towbar fitting engineers are fully trained and professionally experienced at fitting all towbar’s and electrics so ensure that you choose the correct engineer to carry out your service.
